Job Qualification Requirements:
1. High School Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or degree in construction management or related field. Experience may be used to substitute for a Bachelor’s Degree.
2. Computer and Internet literate, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Supervisory and/or management experience of at least 2 years. Must be able to manage multiple project assignments.

1. Provides construction management oversight. Responsible for the preparation, planning, coordination and management of multiple project assignments within broad general objectives and limits. Work requires independent judgment in the evaluation, selection, land substantial adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures and criteria.
2. Assists in the preparation of fee proposals to include: Multiple disciplines; construction fees; man hours; and sub-contractor fees. Must be able to quickly identify and revise changes to fees as approved by the client, due to change orders and/or changes to scope of work. Responsible for coordinating all change orders with Client before additional work is performed on the project.
3. Ensures the completion of work performed by others in the firm as well as outside Sub-Contractor on assigned projects.
4. Responsible for ensuring accurate and complete project documentation which includes: meetings; telephone conversation; emails; activities field inspections and distribution of information as required for the project.
5. Prepares assigned project progress for review by the Project Manager.
6. Reviews and modifies assigned project reports, specifications, plans construction schedules and designs for project as needed or require. Ensures that work performed is within scoped and budget of the project.
7. Reports on when projects have been completed and are ready to be closed by the Project Manager.
8. Represent PEGS, LLC at client meetings on matters related to scope of work and fee issues. Must be able to attend day and night meetings with clients when needed.
9. Assist client in the application for grant request. Assistance includes development of projected budget, scope of work, timeline projection and other back-up data required by grant application.
